Masks now must be used if you go outside your house
The public authorities have declared protective masks must be worn from Tuesday onwards for all persons authorised to move outside their place of residence.
Confusion over mask prices;
One news outlet is quoting - "To guarantee the availability of these masks in sufficient quantities, and as part of the application of the High Royal Instructions, the authorities have mobilised a set of national manufacturers to supply the national market with these protective masks, adds the same source, stating that their selling price was set at 80 cents per unit, with the support of the Special Fund for the Management of the Covid-19 Pandemic."
According to some media, "the consumer price is set at 2 dirhams per unit, with a declining rate at 1.5 dirhams for 100 coarse and a half wholesalers".
Another source says - "according to the decree framing the prices of protective masks for a period of 6 months was published in the Official Bulletin of April 2, 2020. The maximum marketing prices are as follows:
- 2.5 DH including tax per unit for a box of 10 units. (25 DH)
- 2 DH including tax per unit for a box of 50 units. (100 DH)
